This is a very nice looking case, probably the nicest looking case I have used so far. It also has side mounted drives, USB 3.0 at the front-side, and decently easy to work with. So then why don't I have it on the list of recommended cases?
The case has a solid top, hence it doesn't allow the heat to escape from the top. This means that all the heat has to be expelled by the single 120mm exhaust fan. This is not an issue on lower power systems, but on those with video cards in the range of a R9 280 or R9 280x we are borderline on the heat dissipation, and an R9 290 or above will get into thermal throttling.
On PCs with a R9 270X or lower the case will work perfectly, and an FX8320 and R9 270X will run perfectly fine. However, higher powered video cards will not be happy. The R9 380, while being faster than the R9 280 and R9 280X generates less heat, so it might work here. I will be assessing an R9 380 with an FX8320, and depending on the outcome, offer it also in midrange configurations or keep it only for the entry level ones.
